Life: reality or make-believe

About the Author

The details of my life shouldn’t be necessary right? Does it matter if I’m a woman or a man? The point that I’m a person wanted to express myself through this space – this site – should speak volumes of my characteristics.

Having typed that, let me reveal some of my basic hobbies:
-Reading
-Watching Movies/TV Shows on DVD
-Being part of the political dialogue
-The occasional video games (but not the horror genre)

Of course, you can come up with your own opinions; am I a coward for not sharing more information, am I being a sly postmodern individual who is searching for relevance?

And if this site was created for me to release all the droppings of my life, why can’t I write specific events? Why do I have to be coy and vague about my career or my spouse?

You be the judge…and tell me what you think.

**NEW ADDITION**

Now that we have a new Presidential administration, I will be using this site to express my views and responses to their plans, issues and information. While the “life” stuff will continue to be added, the majority of posts will reflect political concerns.

People write blogs because they want to get there thoughts out there. It can be very therapeutic. But let’s get honest, if someone didn’t want people to read their stuff then why do it on a blogging community site. We all want to feel apart of in some way, make some difference, have some say. It feels good when we see that people have read what we wrote, makes us feel important in some way, like we matter. I don’t think your a coward for sharing more, this is how you want to express your thoughts. If anything it just adds to the diversity of this blogging community and to the world. So thank you for being different : )
