Kissing My Love

I dreamed last night of kissing the one whom I love. As cheesy as that sentence looks to me while I re-read it, the dream was amazing! I absolutely love having dreams that make you feel fantastic once you wake from it. And we’re not talking, “dirty” fantastic, you sick-os. We’re talking the experience where you want to remain under the covers for an extra hour because the dream experience overloaded your senses. Is that even possible? Dreams reside in your mind right?

I just hope I’ll be able to experience that kiss some day…

One You Won’t Forget

My dream last night was one that I won’t forget. I’m sure you’ve had one similar. There are dreams that are frightening, where you wake up terrified. You’ve got your dreams where you think you’re flying or falling, you can actually feel it, and wake up with a jolt. Then there’s the kind like I had last night.

It’s the kind that makes you feel so good emotionally. I’m not sure if you can describe it as a warm feeling or if that’s too generic. Maybe it’s related to the wish fulfillment type of dream in which you think you know what you want and when you dream about obtaining it, (whatever it is) you feel terrific.

I think that’s what it was – a wish fulfillment. And here’s the cool part: during the dream I was experiencing it and then once I became aware that it was a dream, sort of awake and not, I was observing it.

Once I was fully awake I was able to replay the dream over and over again. I love it when I can remember dreams. Especially these perfect ones.
